A quick question to VJ members who already had went to their interview or do have knowledge about my inquiry :D I just want to ask if my petitioner ( fiance) need to send me his true copy of the divorce decree or entry of final judgement from his divorce. I know he sent this copy to the when he sent the I-129F. He scanned and saved it in pdf then printed it out thus sent to the USCIS. Our documents that were submitted are all in PDF format. Upon reading the letter of eligibility from the USCIS ONLINE. I saw that one required document is the ones I just mentioned. Do I have to ask my fiance to mail me the said document? Thank you all in advance for the help extended!

The CO has the packet that your petitioner submitted. My Fiancee and I went with the policy: Its better to have originals with her for the interview in case they ask. Better that you have it in case they ask then to assume and now you get delayed for more information. So it may seem redundant but better safe than sorry
