When do I apply for Police certificates? as I can only apply for that of Nigeria with help from my cousin but can't get the one for Malaysia cos they required second visa sticker in my passport to show that I have stayed one year but since my passport is currently with immigration for second visa sticker through school I will have to wait till it comes out then I can apply for Malaysia certificate of good conduct and I am worried what if I don't get the Malaysia certificate of good conduct in time before my interview due to delay of my passport? and also what if my passport is still not out by then?
