Hello,

I asked questions regarding this a little while back, but I didn't think to ask this then. I'm filing these out for my fiancee, and will send them to her to sign when finished. Where is says "Application prepared by" on the DS 156 and "Were you assisted in completing this application" on the DS 230 P2, I was going to put my name. Would this be the right thing to do and would the CO have a question about if I prepared all the forms for her? Which I am of course... Or should I just put "No" and make it easier. The CO could determine at the interview that she might have had some help doing this. Just wondering what people have done in similar cases.

Thank you.

Yes, you should put your name and address. I did, and was fine.

Sounds good. Thank you. I already had my name written on the rough draft(s) while I wait for the info from my fiancee. But this was just another question that comes up while I wait. It's taking a little while to gather the information.
