Once the NVC processes and approves the application, an interview would be scheduled at the embassy where the beneficiary resides.

Does anyone know if the Medical Exam is also scheduled during the time or is it scheduled after the initial interview at the embassy?

you should get letter or email telling you the date of interview and then a list of doctors for your medical: it is up to you to schedule this appointment before the interview as you need to take the medical packet to the interview: Do not open the sealed enevelope:
