So, I have a few affidavit of support questions specific to Montreal.

1) How did you assemble your documents? Did you include a list of the contents or just hand the forms + supporting info all together?

2) As my fiance is an unemployed student, his mother is our co sponsor. We have the following information for each of them:

For my Fiance: I-134 completed, 2009 tax return (Last year he was employed), proof of school enrollment.

For his mother: I-134 completed, Copies of 2008, 2009, 2010 tax returns, copies of the last 3 quarterly statements for her retirement. Her retirement makes up about 65% of her income, and that number is well above the 125% requirement for her household. She also has a part time job right now. Should I get pay stubs/employment letter when her retirement more than covers the necessary amount?

Am I missing anything there?

3) The tax returns for both of them are reprints of the actual return from the copy they e-filed. Is this allright?

4) On the I-134 for question 11 "I Intend/Do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3", my fiance's mother wrote "Room and board as long as necessary". Is this an acceptable answer or should she be more specific? And for my fiance, since he technically has zero income, what should he write there?

Thanks for the help, the interview is getting closer!! :)

They only asked me for my 2010 tax transcripts.

They didnt verify originals on anything else. Just that and my AOS original signed papers.

I hope that's the case with a co-sponsor too... Is there anyone that has gone recently using a co-sponsor and can shed some light for me? Thanks!

It sounds all okay to me but I'll let someone who's done this and who's done it with a co-sponsor chime in to be sure.

With regards to form I-134 question 11, the example form here on VJ just says, "N/A - K1 Visa Process for Permanent Resident" but what you've got written is probably fine, too. When they know it's for a K1 application I doubt they look at that question very closely.
