CS in San diego??

Hi Guys I am looking a Civil Surgeon in San diego, I have call many places and they all want to charge me over 150 dollars, I dont need another medical exam, since I already had one in Ciudad Juarez for my K1 visa, I just need the CS to transcribe my Vaccines onto the form I693?? Does anyone know where I can find one?? Thank you very much.

yeah, I found one on that thread. I live in LA. I would also check out the site listing civil surgeons and call each one in San Diego. Just when you call make sure they know to JUST transcribe them, many will try to get you to get another medical done or say you need more things done, dont believe them, go with an honest one not looking to scam. Should cost $40-$60.
