Another silly question:

When send AOS pacake or DS230 package, especially DS-230, there are more then 10 supporting documents, when send the package by email, do I need to send all the supporting documents for DS-230 (for example) in one single email, or doesn't matter, can be sent in several split email as long as in each email, I attach coversheet and receipt page?

Thanks!

suggest a list of the documents, in the text of the email.

for subject line, put GZO12344556668 (the case #) her last name in CAPS, DOB: 04/12/1933 AOS files

this way, is very clear what's what.

yes, include the barcoded coversheet and receipt in each email.

Is tax trsnscript ordered from online (sent as a file from IRS) ok for submiting with AOS and for interview? is there difference of original or photocopy tax transcript?

If I use tax transcript as proof, no 1040, W2 and 1099 needed, right?

Uhm - here's the thing -

current year tax, for tax year 2010, filed in 2011 - IF there is a tax transcript available, get it. If it's not available, use a copy of everything you sent in, scan that in to pdf format.

prior tax years (current year -1, current year-2) - get the tax transcripts - they should be available.

Note there are two types of tax transcripts - if you had any adjustments after filing (such as an amended return) then get both types, submit both types.

When you use tax transcripts, any IRS forms are not needed.

Also, is option to get tax transcripts via fax. If you get them sent to actual fax machine, then the IRS header is in the very top line. IMO, can't get more official than that. She'll need to show the original tax transcripts, and a COPY of current year return (if it's not available) at the interview / document intake. Be prepared to send that stuff to her via courier / postal mail . If she has address problems, not receive mail at her place, try to find some business address of a friend nearby to her, to send it to.

Darnell, thanks!

After choosing EP, when send AOS and DS-230, should I send to NVCGuangzhou@state.gov or NVCElectronic@state.gov ?

Also for filling in Package 3 supplement sheet (see following line), must I wait for GZO number before fill it since it need GZO number?

GUZ / GZO case number:

this one -> NVCElectronic@state.gov

also - send nothing in via email, past the DS-3032/OPT IN submittal -

until

you receive GZO #.

IS OK to pay on the GUZ # on the online payment portal.

in this sense, copy and photocopy are functionally equivalent -

it's not a CERTIFIED COPY, at all, that you present, you present a COPY.

By using EP, I need to send I-864 form to NVC in AOS package by email, but the beneficiary need to bring this original I-864 to interview, right? Do I have enough time to mail it after submit AOS package? Who will sign DS-2001 form (not OF-169 any more right?), me or my mom? On DS-2001 form, we have to date it, is it the date people sign the form or date that means after that date interview should be ok?
