I gather we need to submit a I-134 with our I-129F? Why does it not mention this in the instructions for I-129F? Does anyone have a checklist of items to be included in the I-129F package?

You submit it at your interview, not with I-129f.

Lloyd Parlee,

The I-129f instructions tell you the items that need to be included in the I-129f package. There's a reason why I-134 is not mentioned there, why do you believe otherwise?

Omoba,

This makes me really curious - why don't such people who get confused ask their lawyers or agencies questions to clarify the things that confuse them? If your agent or attorney is doing something on your behalf that you don't understand, ask why. What a great opportunity to learn, and you're paying for the opportunity - get what you're paying for.

I think some of us get confused as our agencies or lawyers ask for items not

initially needed but they collect them anyway for later and fail to inform us of that fact.

It just causes more confusion ,really.
