Congratulations...........

We too are awaiting scheduling for a appointment in Manila, our case was completed on July 5th. I called the NVC yesterday and instead of the usual "there are no available dates for August and please call back in the second week of next month" the man (really nice) said to call back every few days and check. Even though they do most of the scheduling in the second week of the month they also do it at other times too.

congrats.......btw ..we finished up in june 21 they also said call back 2 week of july, but i called them once in the morning and once at night and the next week we got our interview date, hehe but had to wait all of july now..... :dance::wacko:

01/31/2011...receive I-130
02/05/2011...get a e-mail notice of NOA-1...states case transferred to CSC
02/08/2011...check clears my bank
02/10/2011... rec. hardcopy NOA-1 in mail...priority date..01/31/2011.....sit back relax and ride this slow mule!!
02/14/2011... touched ( it must have fallen on the floor )..hehe
05/12/2011...NOA-2 OMG...98days u kidding me!!!!!!!

NVC......

05/26/2011... finally got NVC case number...
05/28/2011... receive DS-3032 in e-mail/e-mailed the DS-3032 back
05/28/2011... receive AOS fee bill/ and paid online.
06/01/2011... AOS fee bill shows paid.
06/02/2011... DS-3032 accepted
06/03/2011... IV-bill generated and sented by e-mail
06/04/2011... Paid IV fee bill/ in progress
06/07/2011... IV fee bill showed paid/ downloaded cover sheet
06/08/2011... Express mail both the I-864(AOS) and DS-230

09-12-2011 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD with 09-08 notice date

10-11-2011 - Biometrics appointment (appointment letter received on 09/19)

11-03-2011 - EAD card production request

11-14-2011 - EAD in the mail

12-08-2011 - Interview date (e-mail notification date 11/08) APPROVED!

12-13-2011 - Card production ordered

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address

12-17-2011 - Got gc in the mailbox! Valid until 12/13/2013 <wonderful christmas gift>

thnx to you, and thats y its expected september interview but no choice time will come and it will be great all we have to do is wait and happiness is next, ohh cant wait...oh and by the way i seen u got medical done, just wondering wat u showed there since u dnt have packet in ur hand yet, coz one of the requirements is appointment letter right? let me know pls...and ur waiting time is almost getting over now huh...God Bless
