My approved case was received at NVC last week, I got both my IIN number and case number the day after from an operator. I sent in the DS-3032 per email last week, I did not receive the ds-3032 package by mail but an operator told me that I could still email the ds-3032, and so I did. It was accepted this friday and its in the system but I can still not sign into the online payment, even though I have everything I need for it. When I called today they answears that the AOS fee is still under review and that it will take a couple of days and that therefore I cannot sign in. Is this glitch normal? and that u cannot sign into the online payment? I have been under the thought that once you can send in the DS-3032 then you can also pay the AOS fee bill, but I cant even sign in! Well, if anybody know anything or have some thoughts it would be great

Emelie- I couldn't login to the payment portal until NVC sent the AOS bil. Then I could login immediately. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I have a question though. How are you notified that NVC accepts the AOS? I'm waiting for that now so I can pay the IV bill and mail everything.

thank you for ur answear, that does calm me down a little bit. I would keep kalling NVC to see if they accepted it. But as soon as u can pay ur IV fee u can go ahead and send it in, no matter if they accepted AOS or not.

Don't never pay IV untill they ask you to do so, I tried that ones and it delayed my process 2 monthsi had to talk to too many supervisors to solve that problem. Be patient and wait. always have everything ready ones they say go you go, don't act on your own. i learned this the hard way.
