NVC not receive my file after 15 days of NOA2

Called NVC today, they told me they already receive my petition, still need 2 ~ 4 week to update it to system.

Usually how long it will take from reveive petition to get NVC case number?

You don't have to say anything.

Just write your Receipt number in subject line.

Name and DOB of petitioner and applicant in body.

When you talk to the operator, they usually say like that.

But infact, emails would be much faster than I expected.

They responded and confirmed the receipt of DS-3032 for just 3 days.

Finally I got my NVC case number today.

But I check my email, NVC didn't send me DS-3032 kit yet, also when I login to NVC payment center, the AOS payment is not invoiced.
