I got a Sign in failed on NVC's payment system two days ago. I'm going to call NVC tomorrow to verify. We're waiting for an interview date. I know NVC schedules the interview date in Chennai. Will they send an e-mail with the interview date and time? Also, what exactly is packet 3 and 4? Who do they send it to? The petitioner or to the principal immigrant? When can we expect those packets?

Thank you,

Tony

Hi,

Congrats for your case completed from the NVC. Now your waiting time starts to wait until NVC schedules your Interview and they send the Interview letter to you and your wife via email. You will receive the email where you can see your appointment date and time. However the time is default same for all Chennai Consulate, its 1PM. You need to wait for the Interview letter via email. Once you receive that letter you can contact Apollo Hospital and fix your appointment for your medical test. You can see the address and the phone number in the below link.

Regarding the packet that is no tension for you. Since the packet will be send to Chennai Consulate directly via DHL. We will not receive any packet. Once we receive the email we are done. We need to take only the appointment letter and other required document for the Interview.

Good luck for your Interview date. You will receive soon. Do update once you receive the appointment letter.
