I know the seminar, but can medical also be done? I hear that medical is now good for 1 year. Is that also true?

DOes medical exam need to wait until after the k1 was approved and she gets the packet in the mail?

How long is the seminar attendance valid for?

Meh, nothing to see here.

No the medical can only be done in Manila at the St. Lukes Med. Ext. in Ermita. the medical needs to be done before the embassy interview you will be given an apoitment date with the packet sent by the embassy also listing your interview date. Medical usually given 1-2 weeks prior to embassy interview. but can be done early.

As for the CFO seminar? dont know how long it is good for, but you cant go until you have the visa so i guess that the visa will expire before the seminar.

You CAN attend the seminar before you get the visa, but you'll have to return to get the stamp after you get the visa.
