I want to know which one of these do you do? :unsure:

Do I, take my interview letter to any Banco Popular branch in the Dominican Republic to pay the non-fundable visa application fee of the equivalent of US$140.00 in Dominican pesos and an additional non-refundable fee of US$15.00 (the equivalent in Dominican pesos) plus applicable taxes per applicant.

Or

Pay $21...

I THINK THAT WE ONLY PAY THE 15 DOLLARS SINCE WE ARE CR1/CR2. THE $140 ARE FOR K1 VISA

so basically if im cr1/cr2 i only have to pay 15 dollars at banco popular, right? And also the link to the embassy website which tells how and what u need to prepare for the interview says to bring documents which i already submitted to the nvc, do i need to gather those documents again(birth certificate,marriage certificate, passport photos etc)?

Sometimes things happen, documents get lost, they are requested again. So it's a smart and good idea to have those documents ready. JUST IN CASE.

11/14/2011 - Petition received by NVC/ Received NOA2 by mail
11/21/2011 - NVC case # received by email/ Got AOS fee by email/ Called NVC to provide beneficiary email
11/27/2011 - Choice of agent (DS-3023) sent to NVC by email
.....took a break from process to delay interview....

06/22/2012 - SS card arrived by mail

04/24/14 - Sent I-751 to remove conditions

06/09/14 - Biometrics

11/2014 - RFE from USCIS requesting more evidence before approval

Late Jan - Sent further evidence of marriage

03/05/2015 - Got letter of approval for removal of conditions

03/15/2015 - Permanent 10 yr green card received via mail
