Vermont Service Center Address

I mailed my package today. The post office was closed and I sent it by fedEx (I just wanted to get it done). I got the address of Vermont Service Center address from I-751 instruction as the following:

P.O. Box 200

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

However, FedEx does not deliver a P.O. Box, and they helped me check the address and told me that the address without the P.O. Box is fine.

So I used the following address:
