I'm not sure about getting it resent, but You don't actually need package three for anything. All the information from it is on Montreal's website, you can send everything off without actually receiving P3. http://montreal.usconsulate.gov/content/content.asp?section=visas&document=immigrant_visa

You can try emailing them but I wouldn't bother.

Just use the link thats been posted for you, you don't need the physical packet 3 since its posted on the Montreal website.

Yes you need to register to be able to book your interview when you are allowed, you also need to register for DHL to get your visa and packet back.

I personally emailed them after not hearing anything about receiving a packet 3 and asked if they had received my papers and a few days later they emailed me my packet 3. It wouldn't hurt to email them or like someone else said, all the information on what packet 3 contains is right on the Montreal consulate website and you can just follow the instructions. You don't have to physically receive it to send in the documents. [

^ What they said.

My P3 was "sent" in May and to this day I have never received a hard copy of P3, so I definitely wouldn't wait on it. My fiance (the USC) got a hard copy of P3 the same week that I got the hard copy of P4 in the mail. *giggle*

I followed the instructions that the other posters have given and it was fine - they logged and it sent P4 just the same.

Our Packet 3 was mailed the same time June 23rd and I still haven't received it yet. I think it could have something to do with Canada Post being on strike until June 28th ... Heard on the News that all mail is backed up still... :o) ... I did send off all required Forms for packet 3 on June 27th and it was logged on July 7th and I was given the go ahead to book an interview... Our interview is booked for Sept 7th :o) ... I really hope to get Packet 4 ASAP because it is needed for the interview :o)

My P4 took about 2 weeks to get to me, and that was pre-Canada Post strike. It's just unusually slow. I'm sure you'll have it in time for your interview. :)
