Hey VJ,

where can i claim my shotrecord that i need for the medical examination ?

i live in Belgium though

do i ask that in "town hall" ?

or do i need ask in some office from child and familie , thats how its called here though

i do have record file from my birth till 3 year and 6

or do i need to go to a hospital to ask ?

I believe there is no record available in Belgium.

You could ask to your family doctor to go over it with you and make you a vaccinatiekaart

When did you have your last vaccines?

I did all the required ones before the medical exam and for varicella I told the doctor that I had it and he wrote Varicella history in his papers.
