Hi....I recently sent I-129F petition off and have 1 major concern. I have 2 simple possesions of marijuana and 1 open container convictions. 1 of my simple possesions was when I was 17years old and is no longer on my record. The 2nd was when I was 20years old and it was a traffic ticket with no arrest. My open container charge was stupid on my part and it happen when I was 21years old. I haven't been in trouble with the law since. Does anybody know if we will be denied k-1 visa?

I presume you are the US citizen. No, it will not be a problem. Always answer honestly and make sure your fiancee knows about this in case she is ever asked. FYI, if your foreign fiancee had the same type of convictions it would affect her visa.
