i called the us embassy here in manila to ask if they've already received my case. they already have our electronic file (hooray!) but not yet the physical file. ( :( ) then i asked the girl if i can schedule my interview now, but then she said i have to wait for my notice of eligibility which they will mail to me.

but then i read a lot of people say that i can schedule it ahead of time once they've received our file. :help: i am really confused. i'm just really excited to finish this because we're almost done...

so my question is... can i pay for the appointment fee now and schedule my interview? thanks a bunch! :)

You posted on this same question yesterday and received a bunch of replies.

It's really your choice whether you want to wait for the eligibility letter or not. If in a hurry, take the advice others have posted here and on your previous thread, ie, pay your fee and schedule your interview once it is in the system. Otherwise, wait. Good luck.
