We have both had to add an attachment sheet for the G-325A because one of the employment name and address did not fit. Does this need to be added to the cover sheet?

Also we have not put phone numbers on the letters of intent does this matter? Just I seen another example on another site which was different and had the phone numbers.

Everything is ready to print I think...

Thanks

No need for the phone numbers.

If you're writing a cover sheet with a list of all that is included, then yes go ahead and list the extra sheets. If you put the extra sheets behind their relevant forms then it's generally ok anyway :-)

thank you..

also the piece of paper that you paperclip the passport photo in plastic bag to, do you have to write anything on the blanc page?

Do you need to sign and date every piece of evidence?

I stapled the baggie to the blank page. You can write "Photo of beneficiary Mary Helen Jones" on the page if you like. I didn't sign every page of evidence.

Your cover letter isn't something to fret over. They probably just throw it away when they put your file together the way they want it. It just gives the package a nice introduction, but isn't a deal breaker if you don't have one at all.
