Hey guys! my noa2 just approved last june 27,2011.And my bf's doc said that his knee need to cut off.My bf and I wants to have our wedding done before he go for surgery.And of course i want to be on his side for better and for worst.so guys what we need to do to speed up the process for m K1?And would it affect for my petition if the surgery done before i go to US?

Pls i need some advice what to do.

Congrats on your NOA 2. I am sorry that I cannot be of more help except for a bump to get it more attention.

From what I have read on here it seems that the only expedite that happens is to get it out of the USCIS faster than normal. I don't know if the rest of it can be hurried due to the main part of the wait comes from waiting for the interview to happen.

I am sure someone on here knows more than me though. I am doing little more than guessing.

Met online - 12/2008

Met in Person 1st Time - 2/2009

Engaged - 12/2009

Filed I-129F - 3/27/11

Received Electronic NOA 1 - 4/7/11

NOA 2 - 6/29/11 (83 days from NOA 1)

RFE 8/15/11 (Needed proof that Fiancee is in Canada legally, Philippine citizen)

Packet 3 - 9/6/11

Packet 4 - Never Received

Interview 12/1/11
