Vawa case (Male petitioner) need advice to file alone without attourney

I have seen one other male Vawa case that existed on this site. I see the same disposition I am in with his case. Filed (with only paralegal consultation telling me what forms to use) I360 concurrently with I485, I765. At the time I filed did not receive the police clearance from my home Country. I received a letter asking for additional evidence last year, the deadline they gave me was shorter than I would possibly receive the police clearance from my home Country. Therefore I did not send it anything, I was told re-filing would be best when I consulted an attorney on the phone at that time.

Months past, I tried to save for a lawyer and I485 filing fee. Once my work authorization expired, my savings started depleting. Recently on empty, unable to work , things just getting impossible. I continue to do what I can, as I have a child also. I turned to legal aid office, I could not believe how sexist they were (clearly denying me on account of being a man) trying to deny me before even reviewing my application and taking weeks to book the initial appointment with endless phone tag. After my file was approved "in order" for lawyer review, the lawyer denied saying my original (I36) application did not have sufficient evidence for a new file with all my additional documents.

That is crazy because %80 of all documentation is new (in contrast to my original application - I only have DHS letters from my original application as I sent all originals at that time) it literally took me a year to gather all I have now, court documents, police reports,Lawyer letters, Billing evidence all of which later surfaced information on my wife's social and drivers license number etc. Its all new, and proven new. Every attorney I have seen indicated a "new file" is the way to go. Now I am so stuck and alone I cant believe it! At least I have backed it all up, and made copies to send in this time.

Abuse wise, as I noted in my statement she has attacked me, scratched me, even threw a tennis shoe at my face resulting in a bloody nose. But honestly she does not physically intimidate me or scare me one bit in that regard. Rather the abuse is extremely phycological, powerful, evil and has literally gotten her entire family involved in it. For my safety I need to divorce, for my life I need to work.

I have seen one male vawa case on here and really feel for him, I know what he is going through. What should I focus on for the abuse? I have statements from friends, specimens of social networking sites and how abusive publicly while isolating me making demands with threat of preying on my immigration status, even out of revenge she tried an annulment with false testimony designed to falsely criminalize/deport me it did not work (rather backfired and she was exposed in a web or her own lies - on court record I now have from that incident), and I have all evidence she was lying under oath in that matter.

What I really need is to file this alone, correctly! I don't want to but really no choice now. The good faith part was not an issue, establishing abuse and good moral character were. I now have the background checks so that is in order. Now I need to focus on establishing the abuse (proving it) and having the paperwork organized, in order and send this in myself ASAP.

Im so stressed out , I hope I was clear enough here. Its such an uphill battle now, and will no possibility of legal help, I appreciate any advise I can get here. Thank you in advance.
