Which mailing address to use (Phoenix Lockbox)

Hi all,

I'm mailing off my N-400 via USPS Express Mail to the Phoenix Lockbox (I live in California) and I'm finding contrary information on the exact mailing address to use. According to the M-476 handbook, I should mail my package to the P.O. Box number (all USPS packages).

On the other hand, the most recently updated USCIS N-400 Naturalization page (see link below) instructs me to send Express Mail or courier packages to the street address.

Can anyone advise please on whether I should mail my USPS Express Mail package to the POBox or the Street address for the Phoenix Lockbox? My main worry of course it that my package gets lost...trying to avoid that and any delays.

Don't forget even if you send it regular mail but you request a signature confirmation it will make it complicated for them that's why use the express mail address. If its regular mail, no signature the go for the PO BOX address... There is already one thread started for a USPS delivery message. You can look it up...
