My fiance just found out after reviewing our package sent to USCIS for K1 that he made a mistake on filing the I-129 Form, on Part B. item no. 5 Gender, ___ Male ___ Female, he marked both for Male and Female Box. But we already got our NOA1, should we worry about this? should he call the USCIS and have it fix?

Hi Kish! Actually my fiance called the USCIS last Friday to fix my middle name and he got an email just this morning that he will be receiving the notice for the corrected name within 30 days and as he looked over again for the copy of I129 Form , oh my another mistake for my gender. BTW, good luck on your interview!

Oh no! USCIS misspelled my name when they sent us our NOA1 but we informed them right away and after a week, they sent us a new NOA1 with the correct name. Since its their fault, we didn't stress too much about it. I am not sure about your case since you guys overlooked it and not USCIS, but it doesn't hurt to call them and inform them about it.

My fiance will call the USCIS first thing today when he's at work, i hope it would be just fine for the typographical error on the gender.

Yep, Kish keep us posted with your experience on your visajourney, i've been reading your posts here and wow congratulations by the way on your quick approval of the petition and i will congratulate you in advance for your visa approval. Good Luck Sister!
