If you are the petitioner you will need to sign you name on the I-130 page 2 letter E is normally where you would sign. If someone different is actually completing (filling it out)the form for you than they will need to sign the form page 2 letter F is normally where they would sign, print name, address and date. Make sure to look over everything several times so that the paperwork does not get held up for more information. Go over what all the requirements are so you do not leave anything out. You can always call and ask any questions you need to at the USCIS 1-800-375-5283, I just finished doing the same paperwork for my two step children 5 and 7. Hope to have interview date this week.
