Dear all,

Currently,I received my IR-1 visa, and I am going to travel to the USA soon. At the same time, I received a full scholarship to do my MA in a university in Scotland, almost a year program, starting September 26 2011. Do you think leaving the US for study would jeopardize my US residency? We read that I can apply for re-entry permit ahead before I travel to the UK which I can show in the airport on the way back.

We are going to see an immigrant lawyer, but I would like to read your input in this issue.

4th interview---------06-06-2011 interviewd my wife, the Homland Secuirty office in Jerusalem

passport received-----14-06-2011 with IR1 visa

US Entry----------21-09-2011
