To All my Kababayans here, i hope you can help me (again). Below is my situation:

I used to be an OFW for few years, worked as nurse in mid-east. Every time i come home,I would go to POEA for OEC aka Balik Mangagawa Cert and pay the required fee, present it to immigration people and leave the country, go back to work in the desert. But now my fiance and I decided that it would be best for me to stay here in PI , work on the K1 requirements and wait for the visa (if we're lucky, Inshallah).

So my question is, if i leave the country again to go anywhere abroad for vacation/leisure, do i still need to get the OEC, present to the immigration people at the NAIA before they will allow me to leave Pinas? And when i get the US visa, on my way to my fiance, do i need to present same doc to immigration?

Please note that if i leave the country again, it won't be for employment but for tour or for immigration purpose.

I would really appreciate it if somebody here knowledgeable can give me the accurate answer. Thank you so much in advance!
