I was told to get a cosponsor, according to their rejection letter. 2010 was not sufficient, but 2011 will be sufficient based on my annual earnings.

You may include evidence supporting your claim about your expected income for the current year if you believe that submitting this evidence will help you establish ability to maintain sufficient income.

I will stress this point in Bogota!

Did Bogota explicitly say that they turned you down because your 2010 income wasn't enough or are you just assuming that was why? I have researched for hours this subject, and I haven't ever heard of that happening.
