Hello, can someone please help me

I have received an email saying that cases for my parents are at NVC and now I need to pay an AOS fee of 88$

I paid for one case (my mom), and then I wanted to pay another one for my dad, somehow it wont allow me. I just got the receipt via email saying that I paid the fee and theres another case associated with the case I made the payment for. I know there should be 2 separate paiments of 88$ and 88... am I wrong? I need help plz help me understand this. I cant make another payment in the NVC website. did someone maybe have this problem too?

thanks a lot
