Police certificates Kenya

Getting all my civil documents ready so I applied for a police certificate from CID headquarters in Nairobi this week. I have lived and schooled in three different towns (Nakuru, Eldoret and Nairobi) since I was sixteen...I hope the certificate from CID HQ will suffice? or do I have to get letters from each town?

Please clarify.

I asked my husband and he believes that you only need the document from CID headquarters in Nairobi and it doesnt matter which city you apply for the document from it will all be the same. If you have any questions it may be a little more helpful to ask people at this address because all of the people went through the nairobi embassy in this thread. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/160251-nairobi-embassy-thread/

Thanks for feedback. applying at Cid HQ only will save me lots of travel. I also checked with department of state site reciprocity link for Nbi embassy

Did you ever have a final verdict on this question? My Kenyan fiancé is experiencing the same dilemma now: to get a police certificate in each locality or just from CID in Nairobi. Any help would be appreciated!
