Helping fiance fill forms

Dear MENA members,

If you help your non-english speaking finace by filling in the forms (DS-156...) by translating and typing in the information (but she provided all the answers), do you answer yes to the question "Was this application prepared by another person on your behalf"? If answered yes, would that not look good? I mean it is obvious that she does not know english, and her interview will be in Arabic...so how could she fill in the forms without me helping her?

Have any of you had this situation before? If you did help your finace, did you answer yes and signed in your name? Would that not look good for the CO?
