When do I pay for I-864???

I know that there is a fee for the I-864, do I send that with my packet or do I wait for them to bill me?

Wow, that's big text. There is no fee for the I-864 if you're filing it with USCIS for an AOS, but for the other forms like the I-130 and I-485 you should send the payment with the forms, or they'll just reject them.

Thanks, I thought that there was a fee if you were filing the I-864 inside the US..

There are fees for the I-864 if you're applying for an immigrant visa from the NVC, but for an Adjustment of Status it's included in your I-485 fee.
