Hello,

My fiance's interview is on June 27th. If (when... thinking positive) we do get approved, what are the odds of us receiving it before the possible shut down on July 1st?

Where did you see that they'll shutdown?? They also said it has a few months and nothing happened..

Are you talking about the potential state government shut down that may happen to Minnesota?

In which case that shouldn't have any bearing on your fiance getting his/her K1 Visa.
