E-Notification Form

Good day to all Vj'ers.

Just wanna ask if we can still receive any text message or email even if we didn't attach the E-Notification form on our application? How many days to receive NOA1 since we filed it June 13, 2011?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks !

Because you did not attach the notification form, the USCIS won't have your cell phone # and email address, so, no you won't get notified via text or email. Give it two weeks for the hard copy notification to arrive. I received mine about a week after I was notified via text & email.

You sent your same day i did. They received mine yesterday and now i'm waiting for notification, either email or text. I'll let you know when i get it.

@ Edis , what Courier you used and they received it only for one day? we sent it thru Fedex and its been 3 days now and

when I tracked it it says "cannot locate recipient". And now we call the dumb #### fedex staff and the guy who look for the address says he was mistakenly read the address. I did all the immigration paper and my fiance forgot to attach the E-Notification form. Well, let me know how long you get yours. Thanks !

I used express mail through USPS. Guaranteed next day by 12 pm. Will let you know..hope your package arrives safely.

I sent mine in on the 13th also over night through fed ex, they received it yesterday i will be happy to let u know when i get either a email or txt message

now here goes the long long wait

Fedex is still looking at the USCIS address. Tyler ,Texas is just 2 hours drive to Lewisville, Texas. I sent a package from the Philippines to OKlahoma City and it only took them 2 days now Texas is next to OKlahoma and they can't deliver it in 2 days, Wow !

Hey Brian and Aileen! We forgot to attach the e-notification too, we sent our i129 petition package last May 14 thru fedex, me and my fiancée were worried too coz we waited up to first week of June to receive the NOA1 but nothing on the mail yet while everybody who filed the same date or just about the same timeline got their first notice already, so my fiancée called the USCIS using military hotline, a day after he got email and a week after received the hard copy. It took us about a

Month to received the NOa1, so just hang in there, you will receive your NOA1 too.

Unfortunately we called the Fedex Office in Tyler Texas and they said again they are going to deliver it tomorrow (June 17) hopefully they will find the address if not, then another week to receive the documents going back to my house cause i'm going to "return to sender" the shipment. FedEx is a lousy jerk this time.

I just received my txt message and email that my application has been received

Dear Applicant/Petitioner:

Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)

was sent on the 13th over nite with fed ex they received and signed for it on the 14th and just received txt and email 5 mins ago

I received mine too this morning around 2am. They sent mine to Vermont Service Center. Good luck Brian and Aileen, fedex really screwed it up, cannot find a simple address.
