my fiance is in canada and have a visa to come to the USA. He hasn't been able to travel with it due to the fact that he wasn't legal in canada and was going through the process of getting his canadian permanent residence. Now he is qualify to get the canadian permanent residence, but he doesn't have the card in hand yet and they told him he can travel. we are thinking of getting marry so we can start our lives together. He wants to come the USA to do it. I am a US citizen. He contact the Immigration in canada and they told him he can go to the USA. However he is doubting because he is afraid that when he is returning to canada after his visit they might give him a hard time once he get to the boarder. Does anyone have any suggestion on what we can do to get him over here without any trouble of him going back?
