Hey all,

So I had my medical today with Dr. A Millar in Sydney. Everything went really well, everything total was $338.

Finding the actual building was a little tricky, but if you just follow the store numbers you will be fine! silly me. I went to Dr. A Millar office and his receptionist was REALLY nice, prepared ALL the paperwork right there and then, was a relief I didn't need to sit there and do paperwork. She told me to leave my bag and jacket with her and sent me on my journey to get my x-ray and blood work done.

Getting x-rays was painless, although the lady could have been a little nicer. But completed within 10 minutes. Dr. A Millars receptionist told me while your x-ray is being printed go get your blood work done then go back to pick it up and bring it back to her.

Blood work was pretty simple too, only 2 test tubes of blood taken THANK GOD! Again the lady was a little mean, didn't say a word to me. So after I completed the blood work I went back to get the x-rays (all in the same building, just going up and down the lift a lot!) It took about 45 minutes waiting, I was a little annoyed it took so long but it was fun to people watch. I was watching other people walk in with their passports out and I couldn't help but to wonder if they were going to the U.S and are on VisaJourney.

So after I picked my x-rays up I was able to see Dr. A Millar, He reminded me of Santa. It was a little embarrassing taking of my clothes in front of Santa :( The physical was also pretty painless, was there for probably 10 minutes. I didn't have to do very much, its pretty much the same as your normal physical you would get at your local GP.

So I thought I would share my experience with VJ, anyone who has any questions feel free to ask! But its a lot better than you would think!

Good Luck!

Chloe

Well this is awkward...

Too right it is awkward, that was not necessary at all and an invasion of your body darl. All they had to do was a hearing check, reflexes and listen to your heart and back for your lungs. mmmmmm ears and throat and the blood tests and xrays were the rest mmmmmmmm sounds very weird to me. Please tell me he did not do an internal on you?
