Hello again friends,

I just want to know if do i really need to bring the NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE of my fiancee coz he is a naturalize american citizen AND A DUAL CITIZEN,filipino and american, do i need to secure his BIRTH CERFICATE here in the Philippines and bring it to the embassy together with his naturalization certificate?

Im a bit confused coz Underneath the certificate says that making a copy of it is punishable by law, so incase its needed what am i going to do?...make a copy of it?...

There is nothing to worry about. Since the Naturalization Certificate is what is being used as proof of citizenship, it is okay to send a photocopy. It does not make sense to send an original of such an important piece of paper.
