Hi VJ! I emailed USEM for our case status update on our K1&K2 visa. This is the reply I got:

"Because of insufficient information to process the case to completion, the case was referred for further review.

Consular officers need to be reasonably satisfied that all identity and relationship issues have been addressed before a final determination is made regarding visa issuance.

As soon as the review is completed, we will notify you."

VJ, would it help our case if we get my fiance's congressman to look into our case at this point?

I think you have answered the reason for the delay:

05-06-2011 Interview (Got 221g for Taiwan Police Clearance and to have another interview.)

06-02-2011 USEM received documents for 221g

06-07-2011 USEM emailed that we are in further review.

If the USEM recieved the response and documentation for the 221g on 06/02, then I would suspect it's going to take a few weeks for them to get back to you. Certainly contact your fiance's rep, but I don't think it's reasonable to expect an answer 11 days afetr they recived your response to the 221g.
