Hi,

This is my first time posting so hopefully I am doing this right. My husband and I have filed for our K3 Cr-1 I am from Vancouver B.C. and he is down in Boise Id. and recently I heard that Quebec embassy is the only one that interviews for the Cr-1. So my question is if this is really true or if anyone has more info on it?

Yes it is true.

Montreal is the ONLY consul in Canada that interviews for spousal visas.

K-1 visas are processed in Vancouver or Montreal only.

CR-1/IR-1 and spousal visas are ONLY processed in Montreal.

Medicals are done in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal only.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Well never been to Montreal but i heard is is very nice so what the heck it will be a fun adventure to say the least...thank you for the responses so quickly
