helpsmilie.gifI been trying to find the correct answer to this dying issue that I is stopping me from knowing if I need a I-134 or a i-864. I have a Business that just was started this year, and I was a student last year and worked only part time. My business makes over 20k a month.

Issue is I made less then 14k last year on the 1040. I am sending in my package in august and wondering if i send in my business checks and what i pay myself will that be enough to show support. I also open a bank account where I put a percent into it that is use just to support Ana and keep paper and money trail.

So if any one is a business owner and done the i-129F please comment here so it helps me and others.

Thanks

Darrell

We havent completed inteview yet, but i found the following info after loads of research on VJ.

1. Have your bank officer write a statement on letterhead indicating the total amount deposited in the past 12 months, and the current balance and that you as owner have access to all the funds.

2. Have your accountant sign a letter on letterhead saying that your business is in good standing, that you re no verly in debt, that it is profitable and that the projected estimated income for 2011 is $$$$$.

3. still would include your 3 recent paystubs if you pay yourself some draw or salary too.

Plus you will need this when you have to provide the 1-134 affidavit of support during interview.

Good Luck!
