Hi, i had my medical a couple of months ago and the doc said he was sending the paperwork direct to the consulate. This was before i received my NOA2 so i didn't have a case number yet. I am a little concerned as to whether the embassy will match up the medical with my file when they receive it, or is there a chance it will be lost somewhere. Does anyone have any experience with this issue... or advice??

Thanks

Mmm I am not sure of the rules this year but if you don't have a case number and he sent that to the consulate chances are it will float around as your number is how they identify you. I went and picked my medical up myself as that was what my doctor advised and then I sent it off when I got packet 3.

The doctor noted a minor medical issue and as such he said he was required to send the documents strait to the embassy... i guess i'll just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best
