Question po.. My husband is going to pay for AOS fee thru online payment, but after inputting the NVC case number and Invoice ID number, my child's name (who is my derivative) would reflect as the "Applicant". My name as a principal applicant is not indicated. Ok lang po ba ito?

Did u receive a letter from NVC? The beneficiary and each derivative of an I-130 petition should have an invoice ID number.

I have my child also as my derivative. Nung nagbayad ako ng AOS (online), name lang ng anak ko ang nasa IV payment. So nag worry din ako. But after posting na PAID na status ng AOS ko, lumitaw din ung name ko sa IV portion. Kindly refer to your letter from NVC.

Opo, a letter from NVC also indicates the benificiary's invoice ID number, but what we have inputted is my (i assume) invoice ID number.. kaya po nagtaka kami. My husband proceeded with the payment this morning anyway. Hope there would be no problem with that. Thank you po ng marami.

Ang pinakamadaling indicator kung tama ang process na ginawa ny ay yung amount ng payment ng IV fee...

Each applicant, whether matanda or bata, ay magbabayad ng $400+, so kung 2 kayo or 3 ang binayaran mo,

then you know that you are doing the right thing,...

That happened to us before, hindi lumitaw ang pangalan ng mga anak namin sa site,

so we were pretty worried, then ng dumating na kami sa process ng bayaran,

lumitaw na agad ang names ng mga bata-derivatives,...

Good luck...

Mga Kabayan, nakatanggap ako ng email from NVC and ito yung nakasulat:

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's

processing has been received. As soon as an interview date has been

scheduled, the designated representative of this case (applicant,

petitioner, or attorney) will be notified. The US Embassy or Consulate

General may require additional documentation at the time of the

interview.

Ano ibig sabihin nun? Wala na kaming kulang na documents?

No, it means you will have to wait now for your Priority date to become current,

and in regards to your documents, it is very rare in this time already that NVC would still

request for any other document, you are now "Documentarily Qualified"...

Good Luck...

They should be sent altogether, and in order kung paano ang requirement ng NVC,

plus the Cover Page - BARCODE ng applicant,...

Be sure to sign the back of the picture...

And MAKE LOTS of copies of every document that you will send out...

Good luck...
