I have submitted my application for citizenship recently....let's assume that I become a naturalized citizen by the end of this year.

I would like to know which is the best way to get permanent residence for my parents. My father has applied for a green card (I-485 employer based) in Dec '03 (India). He has since been waiting for priority date. He is on EAD now as is my mother. They are waiting for the priority date...

Option 1:

Apply I-130s and NEW I-485 package (including I-693/864/G-325a/I-765) for each of them.

Option 2: Just apply two I-130s and request for AOS of I-485 ( which has already been submitted) from employer based to family based.

thanks
