Packet 3 for egypt filers

Hi mena vjers, i actually posted this question originally in dcf forum with no response then thought i should post here to see if any egypt filers for dcf would be able to answer my question.

i never received my packet 3 it has been nearly a month since my interview and don't want to have to wait again for them to send or not send the packet. I would like to know how i can proceed further.

i have couple questions

1. Do i need a case number from the packet or can i call to get it?

2. Do we need to go and get the medical and send it in with the other forms in the packet or is the medical taken in to the interview?

3. What is ds-2001 and is this a part of the package

4. if so where can i find it for a download?

if anyone have experience lately and know specifically about packet contents and about process here in egypt i would greatly appreciate a reply

I dont have any advice for you on DCF, since we filed from the US. I dont know where everyone is, hoping that someone answers your questions soon. Maybe there isnt many of us filing from Egypt. Wishing you very much luck for you and your husband.

thanks wendy some response is better then none, right? lol. i am so frustrated with embassy they are slow to respond to my emails then ask for our number and address to send another packet and no call from them nothing sent so far. we can get his medical monday but they are asking for case #. no replies here lol, wow i am on a unlucky streak and just want to go home

Sorry, I am not at that stage yet and am sure I will have the same question soon. Many of us have difficulty receiving packages, finding an address is not a simple task, even if you've already received in the past.

I do hope you get an answer soon, let us know.
