In March of this year I submitted a change of address for our petition. However the USCIS did not update the file and as a result the original NOA2 went to old address they were given new address. As a result of this my status has been put back at "review" on USCIS website. A call placed to "customer service" I was told to goto feild office. Field office said to call customer service. I called NVC center and the sent package out on June 3rd they said. Has this happened to anyne else, I have email notice of approval and KEV was issued. The problem is where is my file back at USCIS or did the send to Kyiv? Will they still process the petition?
