Someone said he don't have money at that time and the counselor told him to just borrow money. I don't know if SMEF COW is giving handouts too?

CFO is ridiculously :wow:

The other thing is you can get the CFO sticker at the NAIA terminals. There is a CFO office in each terminal which operates ~7am to ~11pm. (this is what I know from the last time through terminal 2 international last week.) This is provided you have already taken the guidance/counseling seminar. This is posted on the FAQ pages at CFO.

thanks for the tip on the handout. Have not heard of that yet. Prada, (not her real name),A friend of mu fiance went through CFO at Cebu a couple of weeks ago. Prada had to go through two sessions. One guidance/counseling session in the morning. Then another 1 hour interview in the afternoon. Not sure why this was done. The questions asked at the CFO interview in Cebu are similar to the questions at the embassy.

Prada has not yet interviewed at the embassy from what my fiance and I know. Prada is to interview at the embassy in July. Prada had problems with her birth certificate which has made things longer for her. Prada is also pregnant by her fiancee, do not know if this affected things as well.

Is the PRISM certificate required to exit the country? CFO has their own seminar, that means we need to go for a seminar twice? If they are indeed non profit, why are they collecting 250?

I think this is all BS making profit from people. And CFO will also require you to pay 150.00 for a booklet? It's really rediculous!

Prism is one of the seminars for fiance's/spouse's. your parent would just attend PDOS Seminar, unless over 60, then is not required to attend the seminar.
