Hi Everyone,

I submitted my AOS package one month back and by mistake i fill the I-864a instead on I-864 for my father in law because my spouse is not working.

Now I got the letter for that stated that submit evidence that household member listed in I-864a ,lives at the same address as the petitioner.

Can I now submit the I-864 for that.

And I got the other letter that stated that sponsor and household income did not meet the 125% of the federal poverty line.

I submitted my father in law and mother in law tax returns and pay stubs and everything with form I-864a.(I-864a just for my father in law and docs for both so i guess they just consider the my father in law only or they count both's income)

can anyone guide me what to do.

Do I have to fill the I-864 separate for my father in law and mother in law even they file their tax return together and have to submit all the documents again?

Thanks in advance for response.
