Change of Address........HELP

Hello all,

So i just realised that when me and my wife moved from our old apartment in September, i did not notify the USCIS and complete the AR-11. I totally forgot to do it.

Now we have agreed to go our seperate ways i now need to change the address from the new apartment we moved to to where i will be staying now.

Now i am worried that because i didnt change the address from the old apartment to the new that this will cause serious problems with the evidence i will be producing for the I-751 as all the bills, lease ect is the new address which the USCIS have no idea about. From what they know i am still where i was living when i first arrived here almost 3 years ago.

If anyone has any advice on this matter i would geatly appreciate it as yet another obstacle has come into effect

You should file the AR-11 and make the change of address regardless, because you want to make sure that all the documents regarding the I-751 reach you in a timely manner. Most people forget to file the AR-11 anyways...and almost no one files it before moving...

So are you suggesting i should do the AR-11 and put where me and my wife were living together until very recently?

Like i said we are not living together as of right now, im not living at the apartment. Im thinking i should send in the address of the apartment because thats where all the recent bills, mail and lease ect have been going to and that is what evidence i will be using in regards to proving it was a marraige in good faith.
