If Someone's Green approval date is 06/21/2011, what is the right date to apply for removal of condition? Just wondering how to do the calculation.

Look at your green card, you will see: CARD EXPIRES mm/dd/yy. Using this link subtract 90 days from the expiration date. Thus you will get the date at which your filing window opens.
