Temp job Quest

Hi, I just have a question,Is a temp job through an agency ok for the I-134???? and is there a certain amount I should have made in the last years??? I have an interview approaching and I am scared they will deny it because my last 3 taxes have been way below the amount they ask for and to top it off my job is a temp agency job... what do you guys think????

I think if you can, it would be better to line up a co-sponsor. If your taxes were well above the poverty line for the last three years, a temp job may be ok. If your current job was permanent, the last three years taxes would hardly matter. But the two things combined, in a fairy strict consulate, will make things hard on you. That being said, how temporary is the job? If it's going to last for a year or more, or is one of those temp-to-permanent arrangements and you can get documentation of that, you'll probably be ok.

It will be over on the 10th of this month.. and actually they will be finding me another temp assignment that is temp to hire.........

I agree with Penguin--if possible, get a co-sponsor. It would not surprise me at all if they denied you for either of those reasons, let along both. They deny people for less than that!

THANXXX GUYS .... ANOTHER QUESTION ...CAN i GET A SPONSOR FOR THE I-134 EVEN THOUGH THAT PERSON HAS BEEN SOMEONE ELSE'S SPONSOR FOR A I-130 IN THE PAST????

Yes, as long as they make enough money to sponsor their household, the previous immigrant and your fiance.

Yes, most embassies use the 125% of poverty guidelines and other policies as per the I-864, as you/ the co-sponsor will be filling in that legally binding document during Adjustment of Status.
